「縁（エニシ）」という名前には、人との出会いを大切にしたいという想いが込められています。
お客様とのご縁、食材や生産者とのご縁、そしてこの場所にたどり着いたご縁。
そのひとつひとつに感謝し、日々の営業に励んでいます。

また、どんなに経験を重ねても初心の気持ちを忘れずに、丁寧に料理と向き合う姿勢を大切にしています。
この「縁」を通して、誰かの心に残るひとときを提供できれば幸いです。

The name “Enishi” is derived from our desire to cherish encounters with people.
The relationships we have with our customers, with the ingredients and producers, and with the people who have brought us to this place.
We are grateful for each and every one of these, and work hard in our daily business.

No matter how much experience I gain, I always remember my original intention, and I value the attitude of carefully dealing with food.
Through this “rim,” I hope to provide a moment that will remain in someone’s heart.

「お客様に喜んでいただきたい」その想いを原動力に、今日まで料理と向き合ってきました。
初めてご来店くださる方も、日々足を運んでくださる常連の皆さまにも、「おいしい」「楽しい」と感じていただけるよう、心を込めてお料理とサービスをご提供しています。私にとって、料理をすること、空間を整えること、そのすべてが心から楽しい時間です。

食材の選定から盛り付け、器や照明にいたるまで、すべてをトータルでコーディネートし、お客様に心地よいひとときをお届けできるよう努めています。

これからも、「縁」に来てくださる皆様との出会いを大切に、よりよい時間を提供できるよう精進してまいります。

My name is Miyazaki, and I am the president of the company.
I have been working on my cuisine with the desire to please our customers as my driving force.
Whether you are a first-time visitor or a regular, we put our heart and soul into our food and service to make you feel “delicious” and “enjoyable”.

For me, cooking, preparing the space, and all of that is a truly enjoyable time.
From the selection of ingredients to the presentation of dishes, to the tableware and lighting, everything is totally coordinated.
I strive to bring a pleasant moment to our customers.
